Access Control Device is designed to control the movement of people in the rooms, buildings and territory of the guarded object.


The work of the Access Control Device is based upon the biometric information about a person’s eye iris and its comparison with the data in the database of the access control system.
The Access Control Device precludes any unauthorised penetration into the territory of the guarded object.

The Access Control Device performs the following functions:

  • scanning and identification of a person by his/her eye iris, the data of which have been entered into the databases of the PPM Expert System;

  • access into rooms only for registered employees and visitors;

  • control of actuators on the doors, turnstiles, lifting barriers

  • generating an alarm signal at an attempt of an unauthorised access;

  • receiving a transmitting data about the condition of actuators into the access control system;

  • generation of an alarm signal in case the Access Control Device is opened;

  • integration with any existing access control systems and security alarm systems, computerised accounting systems and computerised timesheet systems, computerised educational programmes, etc.
